Americans want to buy Lenin`s body
The question about Lenin?s body is raised again.
The situation around his body reminds more cheap farce. The Kremlin Square is the place where people more and more think about Vladimir Lenin?s body. The question is the same: To rebury or not to rebury Lenin?s body.
This discussion started again after reinterment of the bodies of the Russian General Anton Denkin and the philosopher Ivan Ilyin. Nikita Mihalkov?s proposal about complying Lenin?s request to bury him at Volkov cemetery in Saint-Petersburg raised a lot of discussions and gossips.
The political parties also took part in discussions. Not only communists but the representatives of other political parties.
USA also decided to take part in the discussions. The website Fark.com suggested that they should buy Lenin?s body from the Russian government. The owner of the website Drew Kurtis offered to take Lenin to the trip around USA and take him to Disneyland where all the Russian leaders always dreamt to visit.
There were the other proposals about Lenin?s body such like: cloning, being president in 2008, using him as attendant in the rally.
People can have different opinions about Lenin. But they need to leave Lenin?s body alone. For most Russians it?s the memory about past, about national achievements and mistakes.
